The Raven II is where the R44 platform hits its stride. The fuel-injected Lycoming IO-540 adds real performance headroom — 2,500 lb MGTOW, approximately 350 nm range (no fuel reserve), and hover ceilings up to 8,950 ft IGE — making it equally capable at sea level or at altitude.
The factory Garmin upgrade path is extensive: GTN 750Xi, GDU TXi glass panel displays, and Genesys HeliSAS autopilot are available as factory options.
