Absolute beautiful low time Cherokee 140 with upgraded RAM 160HP STC. Powerflow exhaust, new top overhaul in 2019 with four new cylinders, high-compression pistons, overhauled carburetor and magnetos, Sky-Tec starter, etc. New fuel lines, new brake lines, new tires and tubes. Annual complete as of July 2026. Same shop maintained for 30+ years. Paint was done in 1991 but looks brand new. Hangar queen. Interior is dated but in great condition. Perfect candidate for panel upgrade to make IFR platform or keep as is and enjoy beautiful VFR plane. All AD's up to date including 2020 Wing Spar AD. Oil analysis done at every annual. Logs all digitalized. Plane located KAVO.
