1392 Hours Total Time Since Factory Rebuild. 302 Hours Since Gann IRAN in 2020. (Continental IO-550G5B, 280 H.P., 2000 Hour TBO). Work done in 2020 by Gann: Crankshaft, camshaft, counterweights, rods, lifters and gears all reconditioned. Fuel injection system, prop governor, alternator, magnetos were all overhauled. Cylinders were honed and values and seeats were reground. New rings, exhaust valves and exhaust valve guides installed.

Annual Due June 2027. Very Good Maintenance History. Current Annual by Don Maxwell. Previous work by Mooney Factory, Lone Star, Caulkins and Cole. 2020 nose gear collapse. Engine was inspected by Gann Aviation. The engine work done just about 300 hours ago was very close to an overhaul.
