Excellent maintenance history, complete logs, extensive annual completed with lots of new equipment (see logs) upgraded panel and state of the art Garmin Auto Pilot with Alt Select & Hold, new carpet, LED Nav & Strobe light kit, 4 place intercom w/ Bose Style jacks, ADSB In/Out, fresh 24 mth IFR cert, brand new prop, engine OH in Sept of 2023 with  ~830 hrs SMOH.  Compressions at last annual were all in the very high 70s.  Excellent VFR and IFR platform.  Great personal XC plane or trainer/time builder.  Excellent flying aircraft.
