Owned over the last 10 years, well maintained, flown regularly, and used for many cross-country trips (for a VFR pilot). Right tank has a slight leak (NO DRIP). Excellent paint (stripped and repainted in 2019). 4,154 TT, 962 SMOH (5/28/2014), 479 SPOH. IFR equipped with a Garmin 175, UA 30, and UA Wingtip ADS-B Out. Features include a Power Flow exhaust, Sky-Tec starter, LED landing light, and functional wing leveler. Recent upgrades include all landing gear pucks, Lord engine mounts, overhauled magnetos, fine-wire plugs, altitude encoder, solid-state voltage regulator, one-year-old battery, and tanks resealed in 2018.
