Caliber maintenance is rarely the product of luck; it's the result of owners committed to preserving the airplane. N45BB is one of those airplanes. Supported by knowledgeable Twin Cessna specialists and respected maintenance facilities with deep experience on the type, it reflects the kind of ownership buyers should seek when evaluating a cabin-class piston twin. Power comes from a pair of Continental GTSIO engines, factory-rebuilt in 2017. The McCauley three-blade propellers were overhauled concurrently, and both engines and propellers have accumulated just 565 hours since. Oil analysis has accompanied every oil change, creating a comprehensive trend history that allows buyers to evaluate engine health over time rather than relying on a single snapshot. Behind the engines, a thoughtfully equipped panel brings modern capability with a pair of Garmin navigators, Shadin fuel flow management, Electronics International all-digital engine monitoring, and dual Garmin transponders with ADS-B In. STC'd wheel covers add a few welcome knots of cruise speed, while the VG kit increases maximum gross weight, improves low-speed handling, and lowers VMC. Finished in Matterhorn White with Gold, Steel Blue Metallic, and Medium Silver Metallic accent stripes, the exterior continues to present exceptionally well with excellent shine and depth. Inside, the 421C truly comes into its own. Even while cruising at flight levels, the pressurization system maintains a comfortable 10,000-foot cabin altitude, and the propellers turn at just 1,800 RPM for a remarkably quiet ride.
