Newly completed in August 2026, Hangar 16 offers approximately 40,000 SF of heated aircraft storage in a spacious 135' × 296' facility. The hangar features 28' door clearance with large bifold doors on both sides, providing excellent access and flexibility for aircraft movement.
We are currently seeking long-term tenants, with a preference for operators with larger aircraft such as Globals, Gulfstreams, and Falcons. Lease rates are not currently set, as pricing will be determined based on the size of the aircraft.
