Description
This 2024 JMB VL3 Evolution 916iS presents an excellent opportunity to acquire a highly equipped, low-time VL3 without the lead time associated with a new factory build. With approximately 97 hours on the Hobbs, N785KG combines the performance of the 160 HP turbocharged, FADEC-equipped Rotax 916iS with a desirable avionics, and interior styling.
The aircraft features the XL cabin configuration, providing additional room and improved accommodation for larger pilots while retaining the visibility, ergonomics, and performance for which the VL3 is known.
Avionics include dual Garmin G3X 10" touchscreen displays, dual ADAHRS, Garmin GTN 650Xi NAV/COM/GPS, GTX 45R transponder, and Garmin GMC 507 autopilot controller. Additional safety and convenience features include Smart Glide, angle of attack, heated pitot, G3X backup battery, Galaxy ballistic recovery system, and accidental gear-retraction protection.
N785KG is finished in an upgraded Limited Edition paint scheme featuring Porsche Silver, Porsche Meteor Grey, and BMW e-Copper, giving the aircraft a distinctive and premium appearance.
