The Cessna TTx is the fastest certified fixed-gear single ever produced, and N576DC is among the most completely equipped examples on the market.
This 2015 TTx has 1,485 hours total time since new, with 1,346 hours on the turbocharged 310 hp Continental TSIO-550-C against a published 2,000-hour TBO — substantial time remaining before overhaul. An oil cooler modification with a new vernatherm has been performed.
It was ordered with virtually every factory option. TKS deice certified for Flight Into Known Icing, automatic climate control with air conditioning, built-in oxygen, and the Precise Flight speed brake system. The Garmin G2000 flight deck includes dual GDU-1400 displays, a GTC-570 touchscreen controller, dual GIA-63W WAAS navigators, GFC-700 autopilot with Electronic Stability Protection, Synthetic Vision, GTS-800 traffic, TAWS-B terrain, ADS-B Out, and an L-3 ESI-1000 Trilogy standby instrument. Nothing on the avionics side requires further investment.
235 KTAS maximum cruise at 25,000 feet, or plan approximately 210 KTAS on 16–17 GPH at the mid-teen altitudes most owners actually use. Published range 1,250 nm on 102 gallons usable.
Original Apex paint in Matterhorn White with Steel Blue Pearl striping over black leather with crème perforated inserts and Oregon Aero sport seats. Both rated 8/10.
