N535J will be installing a 0 time engine in 2 months. While in Aspen, CO, metal was found in the filter, and the sellers are having the engine overhauled. The propeller is also being overhauled to zero time.
This is being sold "As Is, Where Is," and the new owners can take over the engine deposit and remaining costs. The value of the aircraft will go up by $100,000 once the new engine is installed.
A zero-time engine and overhauled turbochargers are available in August from Airmark. Seller has $68K down and $50K due. Buyer may take over engine contract for $68K.
Embark transition training is included with the purchase of N535J. Embark is provided entirely by Cirrus Aircraft and is subject to Cirrus Aircraft’s policies and terms.
