Well equipped A36 with only 90 hours SFRM IO550 engine and overhauled prop. TKS (non FIKI) anti ice system and air driven standby alternator make this Bonanza a more capable IFR Bonanza than most. Airframe log missing prior to 2003 but excellent documentation otherwise. Same owner for the last 25 years, always hangared, meticulously maintained.
