This aircraft has 4,471.4 hours total time and is powered by a Continental IO-550 with only 1,000 hours since factory rebuild. Recent major maintenance includes freshly overhauled gearbox, gear motor, and magnetos, along with a new Hartzell Scimitar prop showing 300 hours TSN. Additional engine upgrades include GAMI injectors, upgraded Continental baffles, and a TANIS engine heater. The aircraft cruises at 165 KTAS lean of peak.
The modern avionics panel includes dual Garmin GI-275s with synthetic vision unlocked, Garmin GTN 750, Garmin GTN 650, GTX 345 transponder with ADS-B In/Out, GTX 340 audio panel, panel-mounted Garmin Aera 760, and EDM 700 engine monitor.
Paint and interior were fully redone in 2017 and remain in excellent condition. Additional upgrades include LED landing, taxi, nav, and beacon lights, rear passenger window tints, removable cockpit tints, four cockpit USB ports, new Concord 28V battery, Rosin sun visors, and a Bruce custom cover.
