The Continental O-470-U13B has approximately 876 hours since factory rebuild in 2018 and is supported by excellent compression readings. Avionics include an Avidyne IFD440 GPS navigator, Garmin GMA340 audio panel, JPI EDM900 engine monitor, and ADS-B Out capability. Both fuel bladders were replaced in January 2025 along with two new fuel senders, adding meaningful recent investment to the aircraft. With complete logs, a strong engine pedigree, and proven Cessna 182 utility, N735JC represents a capable platform for personal travel, IFR flying, and cross-country ownership.
