Exceptionally well-equipped and meticulously maintained 2004 Mooney M20R Ovation 2 with the major performance upgrades associated with the Ovation 3, including the 310 HP engine configuration and three-blade Hartzell propeller.
Approximately 1,350 hours total time and engine SNEW, with a 2,000-hour published TBO. Three-blade Hartzell prop has 350 hours SPOH.
This aircraft was used as a factory demonstrator and was highly optioned for its vintage. It has since received several meaningful upgrades. Damage history: Minor localized lower empennage skin/fairing repair documented in 2008 by Mooney's own Brian Kendrick. In 2022, the parking brake released during unloading and the aircraft rolled slowly into a hangar door, resulting in replacement of the rudder and left elevator. Repairs are fully documented in the aircraft logbooks.
