This aircraft is equipped with O&N fuel bladders, eliminating leaking wet-wing concerns, and has been well upgraded with modern avionics, LED lighting, new windows, and a strong maintenance history. Powered by a Lycoming IO-360-A1A 200 HP engine with 1,833 hours SMOH. Cylinder compressions are strong at 78/80, 74/80, 72/80, and 74/80 with no rusty barrels noted. Latest oil analysis showed no concerns. Hartzell 2-blade propeller shows 413 hours since new and features a “B” hub with no recurring eddy current inspection required. Good paint in white with light blue and medium blue stripes, good blue velour seats, and new carpeting. Fresh annual completed August 2026. Cruises on approximately 8.5 gallons per hour.
