Beautiful Robinson R44 Raven II with Air Conditioning, no damage history and excellent maintenance history. The aircraft is 100% factory original only with the exception of all AD's complied with. MR blades replaced with 1225.5 time remaining and July 2030 calendar remaining. TR blades are new per recent AD. Approximately 408 hours remain on the aircraft until the 2200 hour requirement with 1782 TTHRS. Well equipped with air conditioning, excellent windows all around, Garmin 430W GPS/NAV/COM, King KY196, New Garmin GTX 335 ADS-B Out, 4-place intercom, attitude indicator, 205-1B directional gyro, and turn coordinator. All applicable ADs and SBs have been complied with, and the most recent Annual inspection was completed and still stored in the mechanics hanger waiting for the new owner. A well-maintained and nicely equipped R44 Raven II with strong remaining inspection time, modern avionics, and no damage history. Paint is a beautiful RED metallic with the Silver Astro scheme that rates above a 8 in condition with tan leather interior scoring a probable 7. 4 Rubber Floor Mats/Trays not shown.
