Description
FOR SALE – RotorWay Exec 90 Helicopter
Selling due to an upgrade and needing the space in our hangar.
Last flown on 13 November 2025. Track and balance completed by Kunarle Aviation approximately 15 flying hours ago.
Maintenance and upgrades completed:
Upgraded 1.6 mm tail boom built by Kunarle Aviation.
New tail rotor, tail rotor bearings, belts and bolts.
New fuel tap and hoses.
New flight clock.
New cyclic handles and buttons.
New main drive belts, cog belts and alternator belt.
Full interior and exterior clean-up.
Additional work completed by the original builder, Greg Mackay, included refitting the main rotor, checking vertical and horizontal stabiliser alignment, checking pulley and cog alignment, re-torquing and torque-marking rotor head bolts, and re-torquing engine mount and tail rotor bolts. A full annual inspection, ground run and test flight were also completed at that time.
The machine is now due for its 175-hour service and annual inspection.
All maintenance releases, the existing airworthiness certificate, build documentation and build photos are available.
Sold with its existing airworthiness certificate. The machine must be fully inspected and signed off by a suitably qualified RotorWay specialist or equivalent before being flown.
I recommend David from Kunarle Aviation to certify the machine for flight.
