According to records provided, this engine is serviceable. It has been maintained I.AW. the manufacturer maintenance manual with no significant defects currently reported. This engine is enrolled in the MSP service plan whereby the operator of the aircraft pays a fee for each hour of engine operation. The plan covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Most operators of the Honeywell TFE-731-20-BR-lB Turbo Fan engine are enrolled in a MSP service plan.
Note: (Engine power deficiency in high-density altitudes was largely resolved by the engine upgrade to the -20BR engine variant in the Learjet 45XR variant of the Learjet 45 - an engine upgrade which is also available as a retrofit to the older Learjet 45, and widely recommended.

This aircraft is certified for a eight passenger configuration plus a toilet belted seat.The flight deck has two pilot seats and the flight deck windshield and windows are reported in average condition. The cabin is configured for either passenger or medical. The flooring and carpeting have stains and is reported to be in below average condition. It is reported that "We have new carpet that can be installed as part of sale."OveraJI cabin Ceiling and side paneling have no reported damage or defects and is reported in excellent condition. Overall the cabin interior is reported to be in average condition for the Subject Aircraft production year, make and model.
Equipped, refreshment center and storage in woodgrain cabinets of the forward and aft cabin. Front cabinets have spree dents and scratches and is in overall average condition. Interior baggage compartment is reported in excellent.
