Engine at 2402.7 SMOH. All six cylinders were replaced in 2016. Current cylinder compressions 70-76/80 at last annual. Regular oil analysis records are available. The engine is running strong and likely has another 500 hours before something should be done with it. I do have an estimate from Western Skyways for replacement. I can have another engine put in it for an additional $60,000 which includes the turbo overhaul as well.

Air Conditioner is removeable and installable in about 30 minutes. It is an Artic Air unit. It makes a tremendous difference, but can be removed if not necessary. Weight and balance increases about 50 lbs if the a/c is removed. I took the Oxygen bottle out of the plane a couple years ago. I only have used it once. I do not like wearing the Oxygen masks. I still have the Ox bottle. It needs a Hydrostatic test, but could be reinstalled.

Paint is an 8/10. It still shines like new. Plane has lived inside its entire existence. All Lighting except for the beacon is LED.

Interior redone in 2019 with leather seats and door panels. All interior plastics replaced at that time. Leather yolk wraps were added.

Most recent inspection completed 11-01-2025. Aircraft is in excellent condition and is flown regularly. Nothing has been skimped on in its maintenance history.
