Hangar 16 – BVY
Newly completed in August 2026, Hangar 16 offers approximately 40,000 SF of heated aircraft storage in a spacious 135' × 296' facility. The hangar features 28' door clearance with large bifold doors on both sides, providing excellent access and flexibility for aircraft movement.
We are currently seeking long-term tenants, with a preference for operators with larger aircraft such as Globals, Gulfstreams, and Falcons. Lease rates are not currently set, as pricing will be determined based on the size of the aircraft. The hangar currently does not include office space, but office facilities can be added to accommodate tenant needs.
