This FIKI-approved Mooney was upgraded with Garmin G1000 avionics, WAAS, LPV and Synthetic Vision in 2017, and has mainly been flown for long-range IFR operations.
The aircraft is in perfect condition, no damage history and always kept in a heated hangar.
Full maintenance record by Mooney service centers since new with all SB’s complied with.
Oil analysis with records and oil filter change at all 50 hour intervals.
Propeller overhaul performed August 2019, new oxygen bottle in March 2022 and new main gear tires in August 2017.
