This aircraft has been kept in a hangar at the Van Nuys, CA airport (KVNY) which is a hot and very dry area. June 10, 2026 annual compressions were 76, 78, 72, 76, 76 & 77. A borescope of the engines showed no corrosion or pitting. Under service logs the report and borescope photos are included.

Please look at all the photos including the extra detailed ones. The aircraft is a solid 9/10 despite being 25 years old. This is because of its location at KVNY is hot, dry and moisture free. Always in the same hangar since 2017. It has been treated with Corrosion X three times.

Again the year of the interior (1980) is not indicative of the condition. The tan seats show little if any wear, the side panels and original plastic trim pieces are in great condition, again because of the location of the aircraft.
