Same owner for the past 20 years, always hangared in Arizona, and complete logbooks since new. Powered by a Continental IO-550-B4F with just 135 hours since major overhaul (1,700-hour TBO) and equipped with D'Shannon baffles and gap seals, this Bonanza also features a three-blade Hartzell propeller with 705 hours since overhaul. The aircraft has 7,795 total airframe hours, a 1,242 lb. useful load, 74 gallons of usable fuel, annual due October 2026, and IFR certification due October 2027.
The panel has been extensively upgraded with a Dynon SkyView HDX glass cockpit featuring three touchscreen displays (two 10-inch and one 7-inch), a Dynon D10A backup display, Dynon three-axis autopilot with yaw damper and electric elevator trim, and an Avidyne IFD440 WAAS GPS/NAV/COM fully integrated for IFR flight. Additional avionics include dual COM radios, Dynon ADS-B In/Out with traffic and weather, Dynon engine monitoring, and a PS Engineering PMA8000B audio panel with four-place intercom. The autopilot also features a dedicated LEVEL button for instant straight-and-level recovery.
The aircraft has average paint with a well-kept interior, dual yokes, Rosen sun visors, and includes the 5th and 6th seats (currently not installed, with mounting brackets in place). The tail was stripped, inspected, and repainted in June 2026, making this a well-maintained, highly capable Bonanza that's ready for cross-country travel and IFR operations.
