This 1965 Cherokee 180C has been hangared in dry Colorado air (no corrosion) and meticulously maintained by the same owner for the past 26 years. Great IFR platform with tons of time remaining on the engine! Complete logs from factory delivery to current. No accident history, one hail storm in 2020 (repaired). Tinted Plexi side windows. It's the only Cherokee we know of that has an approved adjustable oil temperature controller, removing the need for the oil cooler winterization cover. This aircraft is worth every penny. Owner extremely transparent about any maintenance questions. No expense has been spared on this bird.
