N349CD is a well-equipped 2005 Cirrus SR20 G2 offered with a Continental factory rebuilt engine included in the sale, currently scheduled for delivery at the end of September. Once installed, the factory rebuilt engine will reset the engine time to zero, providing the next owner with a fresh engine and eliminating the concern of purchasing an aircraft with a high-time engine. N349CD has 2,640 hours total time and is equipped with an MT 3-blade composite propeller with approximately 962 hours SPOH.
Nicely upgraded with dual Garmin GTN 650Xi navigators, DFC90 autopilot, GTX 345 ADS-B In/Out, FlightStream 510, Kelly Aerospace air conditioning installed in 2026, and a custom leather interior completed in 2018.
