Continental IO-520-BA 285HP, 759 SMOH; 3-blade Hartzell, 759 since replacement; strong compressions; new mags and harness 6/26. Fresh annual 6/26, IFR cert 12/25, all ADs current. Glass panel: Aspen Evolution 1000 PFD, plus full standby electric backups. Avidyne IFD-440 WAAS, S-TEC 55 autopilot with altitude hold, JPI EDM-900, ADS-B in/out. 176 KTAS, 1,160 lb useful load. Paint 8/10, tinted glass, Rosen sun visors, good interior. Documented history: 1981 gear-up, fully documented RTS; 2012 towbar prop strike — engine torn down and inspected, 759 hrs since with no issues. Digital logs available; pre-buy welcome.
